About Me
My name is Param Singh Sahni, and I am a Humanistic practitioner who believes that at the core of therapy lies a genuine meeting between people. Guided by the words of Terence,
"I am human therefore nothing human is alien to me," I invite you to bring your whole self into our work together.
In our sessions, I will meet you where you are, offering care, compassion, and steadfast support as we walk together toward where you want to go. My approach is non-judgmental, inclusive, and deeply respectful of your experiences. Whether you are navigating life's challenges or sitting in dark, uncertain spaces, I will be there with you, offering honesty, authenticity, and a space held sacred for your healing and growth.
What I Offer
I offer online, and in-person sessions in the Greater London area. I provide a warm, welcoming and supportive environment to explore the current challenges you are facing. I will support you to bring difficulties to our sessions at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I work in a person-centred, creative and informed manner, with respect for your autonomy, cultural values and traditions. I an anti-oppressive practitioner and believe the flower is not to blame for not blooming, when it is not given the right water, sunlight or soil to grow.
Areas of Expertise
I have nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including:
Death, Loss, and Bereavement
Cultural Identity and navigating family dynamics across different cultural contexts
Life Transitions such as romantic separations, career shifts, and major life changes
Addictions: Behavioral, alcohol, and drug addictions
Neurodivergence: Diagnosed or suspected autism (ASD), ADD/ADHD, OCD, and other forms of neurodivergence
Mental Health Challenges: Generalized anxiety, depression, and feelings of being “stuck”
Family and Relational Dynamics

What Clients Say
Clients describe therapy with me as caring, compassionate, and supportive. It is a space where they feel safe to confront difficulties and grow. I provide a welcoming environment where authenticity and honesty can thrive, empowering you to face challenges and uncover your potential.
